Due to Ting Shang Ping’s experience in providing sustainable solutions to meet the financial goals of multinational companies belonging to different sectors, and due to the fact that he had to wear different hats to produce results, Ting Shang Ping thought it was high time to venture into his own areas of interest.

In 2011, AI researcher Ting Shang Ping established Snap Academy (Singapore) with the vision of transforming the world and making it into a better place. Snap Academy provides AI and tech solutions to a wide range of partners and clients, primarily those belonging to the financial sector—proprietary trading firm, exchanges, hedge funds, and investment banks, etc.

Prior to starting Snap Academy, Ting Shang Ping published numerous publications. One of which is entitled “Qualitative Physics for Movable Objects in MOUT.”
